A new one for this year - Raspberry and White Chocolate ice cream with two layers of sponge

Ingredients

Sheeps milk, demerara sugar, dextrose, glucose, skimmed goats milk powder,whippingcream (cows milk), raspberries, 70%, white chocolate,(sugar, cocoa butter Papua New Guinea, whole MILK powder, vanilla flavouring*), emulsifiers: E471, E410, E412, E407, E415 (all of veg origin), sponge (wheatflour, eggs, sugar, baking powder).
