SMOOTHIE COMPETITION
We have been working with the Friends of Lord Scudamore Primary School with their healthy eating cookbook, Good Food Fast, due to be launched in April, and have been having a lovely time mixing and tasting a variety of smoothie recipes produced by the children of the School. We shared the prize between Charlie's scrumptious Smoothie and Eden's Strawberry, blueberry and banana Smoothie, both were scrumptious (as well as healthy) and we will be serving them during the week that the recipe book is launched in our Hereford ice cream parlour.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008...
After the wettest and muddiest year we have had selling ice cream since our records began we are hoping for a sunnier drier summer. We are looking forward to seeing old and new faces at the various festivals and shows that we attend and at our ice cream parlours. This summer we are welcoming two new babies one to Ashley in Hay and the other to Yulia in Hereford, so for a time you will be served by new faces. As you can see from our photos of last summer, we met some challenging conditions at our outdoor events but our staff remained cheerful and clean throughout!
