We think you can always judge an ice cream by its vanilla. Ours is clean and simple, a good quality french vanilla added to our sheep’s milk base and because we don’t use eggs it’s not overly custardy.
Sheeps milk, skimmed goats milk powder (2%), demerara sugar, glucose, dextrose, vanilla essence, ground vanilla pods, stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).
All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
