You might be able to tell that we like using spices in our ice cream, turmeric is particularly good for this as it goes so well with milk. Think a turmeric latte. We use a blend from Parva Spices in Monmouthshire and their addition of a few other warming spices gives a lovely rounded flavour.
Sheeps milk, demerara sugar, dextrose, glucose, skimmed goats milk powder, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, chilli, cinnamon, black pepper, stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).
All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
