Meadowsweet

After being introduced to this a couple of years ago, meadowsweet has quickly become one of our favourite flavours. We pick meadowsweet from the hedgerows then dry it. It adds a lovely floral, almondy flavour and we would recommend eating it with fruit like you would vanilla. Or for something more decadent, it is delicious with a little quality olive oil drizzled over the top and a pinch of salt.
