It's citrus season in Spain and so here's some lemon sorbet to brighten up your winter.
Water, spring water, lemon juice (40%), sugar, dextrose, inulin, stabilisers: guar gum, xanthan gum, sorbitol syrup, mono and di-glycerides (all of veg origin)
All of our ice creams and sorbets may contain traces of nuts.
