Hibiscus and Lemon Sorbet
How to describe hibiscus and lemon sorbet to the uninitiated? It's like a floral raspberry, delicate and deeply refreshing. We make a home made hibiscus syrup for this and add a hint of lemon to brighten things up.
Water, sugar, dried hibiscus flowers, inulin, lemon juice, stabilisers: (guar gum, xanthan gum, sorbitol syrup, mono and di-glycerides, all of veg origin)
All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
