Damson and Sloe Gin
When we have a good year the damsons for this flavour come from a tree in our garden, otherwise we top them up with Damsons from a Herefordshire grower.
The sloe gin adds a touch of depth of flavour that we think makes all the difference. We make it ourselves from sloes foraged while walking the dog.
Sheeps milk, skimmed goats milk powder (2%), demerara sugar, glucose, dextrose, damsons (25%), sloe gin (1.5%), stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).
All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
