We use high fat cocoa powder to make a rich chocolate base that’s not overpowering.

Sheeps milk, demerara sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa paste, soya lecithin, stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).    

All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
