In celebration of this year's virtual Hay Festival we have made our much loved Gooseberry and Elderflower Crumble ice cream. If you have found us on site during the festival you may well have tried this one already as it has been our special there for the last few years.

Made with an enriched base with added cream, fresh gooseberries, homemade crumble and elderflower cordial it's a real taste of spring and a homage to a gooseberry fool - a family favourite.


Sheeps milk, demerara sugar, dextrose, glucose, skimmed cows milk powder, cows double cream, gooseberries (25%), elderflower cordial (water, glucose syrup, elderflowers, fructose, citric acid, natural flavourings), butter, flour, stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).  

All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
