Blackcurrant and Vanilla
A newer flavour that has quickly become a firm favourite and would definitely have been gracing the festival circuit this summer.
Herefordshire blackcurrants cooked up into a syrup and rippled through our plain base with a touch of vanilla.
Sheeps milk, skimmed goats milk powder (2%), demerara sugar, glucose, dextrose, blackcurrants (10%), vanilla essence, ground vanilla pods, stabiliser and emulsifiers of veg origin (guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, mono and di-glycerides).
All of our ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
